Just had a "tune up" Technician did a thorough job both winter and summer service. Premier installed my unit 5 years ago and the mechanics look like new

Premiere is my go-to HVAC company. When I first bought my home and realized I needed service, I started going down the list of companies and quickly realized how much I didn't know about the system and it was frustrating getting conflicting repair recommendations and diagnoses. Most of the companies made it sound like I was in trouble and the fixes will be costly.... Then Premiere came out. My biggest mistake was not calling them first. They took the time to educate me and go through the issues that were actually going on, and simply fixed it by replacing a couple small parts at a VERY fair price. No upselling, no pressure, just honest work. In a time where many companies in town are getting bought out by larger groups focused on sales quotas and high-pressure tactics, it was refreshing to find a locally owned family business that values customers and reputation. I know the whole team are stars but I had the pleasure to work with Don & Trace who saved the day both times. If you want straightforward, fair and real experts, skip the corporate machines and call Premiere first!

Havent heard of them nor came-up on Yelp nor Yahoo search nor Google search, but word-of-month and friends/neighbors testaments regarding how professional, thorough, transparent, (price) competitive and very easy they are/were to work with was enough for me to narrow down my 10 HVAC research/ list to Premier Heating and Air!Don was excellent to work with from the first visit for estimates to the actual job day! James, Trace, and Drew installed our system very professionally and made sure all were in proper working order and area was left in a very clean and tidy order.They are the company you want to work with. They dont bash nor bad mouth competitors just to get your business. They earn your business by their high quality work! HIGHLY Recommended!

On one of the hottest days this year (over 100 in July) our A/C unit stops cooling the air. We called this morning and a repairman was here within 2 hours! Our A/C is working properly now! Great service, polite, professional, and fast!
