IDAHO POWER HEATING & COOLING EFFICIENCY PROGRAM
The Idaho Power Heating & Cooling Efficiency Program offers incentives to residential customers in Idaho Power’s territory for the purchase and installation of high-efficiency air-source and open loop water source heat pumps as well as evaporative coolers. The program’s goal is to help customers reduce their energy use in an effort to reduce the growing energy demand in the Idaho Power territory.
The incentives offered by Idaho Power are based on savings achieved from best practices sizing and installation procedures of high efficiency equipment. Idaho Power offers HVAC contractor trainings to provide all of the necessary information and tools to ensure the customer’s system performance is maximized and achieves verifiable savings.
